Redesigning Oracle Mobile Authenticator
UX Strategy & Vision . UI . Research . Agile & Lean UX . Visual Design
Transforming a legacy, fragmented MFA utility into a cohesive, scalable authentication experience.
Before this redesign, OMA was an aging, buggy MFA utility with inconsistent flows, limited guidance, and frequent issues during device switching. My goal was to transform it into a cohesive, intuitive, and reliable authentication experience—one that reduces cognitive load, strengthens trust, and supports modern enterprise security.

OCI Identity & Access Management Overhauled
UX Strategy . UI . Research . Component Design . Agile & Lean UX
Redesigning experiences for Identity and Security services
OCI Identity is one of Oracle’s highest-volume services—yet years of rapid growth left it with a deeply fragmented information architecture. We were managing 400+ legacy pages built with multiple design systems, inconsistent patterns, and overlapping concepts. My role was to untangle this complexity: streamline the IA, consolidate redundant flows, and create a unified experience that makes one of OCI’s most powerful services far more intuitive and scalable.
30% reduction
In redesign and development cycles as engineers adopted unified flows and reusable patterns.
20–25% faster task completion
In key admin workflows due to reduced steps and clearer pathways.

OCI User Activity Monitor
UX Strategy . UI . Research . Agile & Lean UX
Turning Invisible System Processes Into Clear User Signals
I led the UX redesign for long-running OCI tasks by creating a persistent, system-wide task tracker that follows users across pages and sessions. I defined the patterns, prototyped the experience, validated it with users, and partnered with engineering to deliver real-time, session-resilient progress updates—eliminating user uncertainty and reducing support friction.

OCI Generative AI Services
UX Strategy . AI . Research . Agile & Lean UX
Creating a cohesive scalable AI framework
When I joined the project, OCI’s AI services had evolved independently, each with its own navigation patterns, workflows, and visual styles. While individually powerful, this fragmentation created friction for users who needed to move between services, slowing task completion and increasing cognitive load. My goal as Principal UX Designer was to create a cohesive, scalable UX framework that unified these experiences while supporting future AI service growth.
